Resources ?‍?

Jennifer’s feed is filled with wise words and amazing insights. Make sure you follow this badass lady!

Coding is talked about as the skill of the future & I do agree with this but there is also a demand for non-technical roles too! 🙌🏾 Whether it be a transfer of your acquired experience from finance into the ever-growing fintech space or your ideas of envisioning how a website should look than actually being the one to code it through UX/UI design. Non-technical roles are also in demand too! You have something that the tech world needs, don't be discouraged if learning to code isn't really something you want to do. It's really not for everyone and that's OK! Anyone in non-technical roles want to share their tips on getting into it? Whether it be UX, UI or any other role that comes to mind? ❤️ • • • • • #MyFutureIsTech #Congolaise #GirlsWhoCode #WomenInTechnology #BlackWomenInTech #LearnToCode #AfricanGirlsRock #SoftwareEngineer #BlackEngineers #BlackInTech #DiversityInTech #Steminist #BigData #MachineLearning

How to Deal with Imposter Syndrome – created and shared by me 🙂

Imposter syndrome is incredibly common! But it’s all in your head and here is a powerful strategy on how to make it your friend 😉

Feeling like an imposter? Guess what, that’s a good thing! And let me tell you why! Let’s start with what is imposter syndrome: it’s that feeling that you’re a fraud, that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve to be in the company that you’re working at or recognition for your work because you got there by luck. You can also feel inferior to people around you, that they’re way smarter and more talented than you. Comment “imposter” below this video if this is you!
