Arianne is celebrating the first Monday of working for herself!

She is taking the leap to go on her own and start her own consulting business!

This is wonderful news, Arianne, we are all so proud of you! It takes a lot of courage to go on your own and it can be nervewracking, but it’s also incredibly liberating to be your own boss and to be able to decide what to work on. And we are all here for you if you ever need any sort of support!

Well it's my first Monday morning working for myself. Got loads I'm hoping to get done this week, along with a few calls and meetings to catch up with people. This week I'm all about remembering the value of networking. Every single good thing that's come about in my career has been through a relationship I've built with someone. As an autistic introvert it's not always (ever!) easy, but it is always worthwhile. Just at the weekend, I sold something on Facebook Marketplace to a lovely woman who came over. We got to chatting, and she's been running her own business for ten years! We've now connected on LinkedIn and she gave me all sorts of advice. If I'm able to make my baby business a success, it'll be because of relationships and networking. Helping me face the week in the right frame of mind is this awesome print of me that my friend @cazleeds_ commissioned – it's got my shiny silver DMs in and shows me in a way that I think I need to see sometimes. Especially now. Let's go smash this week 💪💜
