Marie graduated from software engineering!
In her own words:
“I wrote a blog post about my experience in undergrad studying software engineering and also shared some tips for new engineering students.”
Officially graduating from software engineering in two days 😳👩🎓 I loved being an undergrad at @etsmtl more than I ever thought possible. ⠀ ⠀ During my 4 years at #etsmtl, my personality completely changed. ⠀ ⠀ University changed me so much, in ways I probably don’t realize yet. ⠀ ⠀ Even if I'm still shy at times, I don't hesitate to go after what I want. 🙋♀️⠀ ⠀ I constantly go out of my comfort zone every time I can.⠀ ⠀ I talked in front of crowds and participated in countless panels. ⠀ ⠀ In a room full of strangers, I don't stay alone in a corner. I go to people and introduce myself. ⠀ ⠀ I go to events alone because nothing will stop me from doing what I want 🙊⠀ ⠀ I learned time management and priorities. An essential skill at uni when juggling a student club, a successful blog/IG/YouTube channel, social life, and studies. ⠀ ⠀ I discovered how hard I can work to reach my goals.⠀ ⠀ I’m proud of me! 😁❤️

Dasani celebrated a year of adulting at Microsoft!
Congratulations, Dasani! You have taken adulting to the next level with everything you do at work and your side projects 🥰 you are such a rockstar – and we are all so proud of you!
I SURVIVED A WHOLE YEAR OF ADULTING! So naturally I wrote about my adventures adulting, figuring out life, working, the pandemic, learning confidence and yada yada yada. Anyway read it to learn from my mistakes and adventures 🤷 My outlook on life isn’t usually filled with butterflies and sparkles, but I have to say that today I am excited to see what else life will give me to uncover — the adventures to be had, the things to learn, the places to see! From my husband, my family, friends to this amazing community everyone has shown me how much my message matters!!. . Thank you…TODAY I AM HAPPY 💕💕

Jenny celebrated her birthday!
Happy Birthday, you absolute badass! What a year it has been for you, Jenny, it feels like you have taken a giant leaps on so many levels ❤️ May this new year in your life bring you all of the joy you deserve and so many wonderful adventures!
Late night motivation (it’s 2am where I am 😄) I was listening to @jayshetty on YT when he said something along the line of don’t let anyone including yourself say that you’re UNQUALIFIED. You may be INEXPERIENCED at the moment but that can be changed. I accepted that the job market is incredibly competitive and many people with more experience are trying to get the same position as I am. With that said, I’m going #backtoschool to acquire more skills 😃 Today’s #bytezided #tips: 1. Have a #growthmindset and realize that unqualified doesn’t mean incapable. 2. Acquire skills/experiences required to achieve your goals 3. Always remember to keep GOING, GROWING, and GLOWING my friends
