Stereotype Breakers

What we're all about

Stereotype Breakers is on a mission to drive female impact and innovation in tech by helping women to navigate the corporate world and advocate for themselves - giving them the tools to transform the work culture to meet their needs and life choices.

Started in July of 2015 as Coding Blonde, it was a way for our founder, Masha, to document her journey learning how to code. It has gone through a lot of evolutions since then and transformed into something much bigger, purpose-driven and community oriented.

Meet Masha

A little more about our Founder

Masha is an entrepreneur, speaker, content creator, ex-Googler and an advocate for women in the workplace. She is on a mission to drive female impact and innovation in tech by helping women to navigate the corporate world and advocate for themselves - giving them the tools to transform the work culture to meet their needs and life choices.

Masha's background is in Economics + Marketing and Market Research and she has worked in as many environments as you can imagine: startups, a big company like Google, a university and in her own business. She had to learn how to navigate all of those types of working landscapes and has developed an interest in helping others do the same.

She is passionate in social psychology and behavioral economics and goes deep into those topics when creating her content, making sure that her advice is backed by data and research.
